A Life Devoted to Real Transformation
Where experience becomes wisdom
Ken Daigle is a spiritual leader, speaker, and author dedicated to helping individuals create meaningful, lasting transformation. With over three decades of experience in the study and practice of conscious creation, Ken is known for making complex spiritual and psychological principles clear, grounded, and usable in everyday life.
A native of New Orleans, Ken began his professional journey in the performing arts, building a successful career in New York City as a professional actor, singer, dancer, director, and choreographer. His passion for human potential and transformation eventually led him into spiritual leadership, where he attended and completed the Master of Divinity program at Unity Institute® and Seminary.
Ken currently serves as Senior Minister of Unity San Francisco, one of the leading Unity communities in the United States. In 2013, he founded Absolute Abundance, a transformational prosperity program now used by Unity communities across the U.S. and Canada.
Beyond ministry, Ken’s work bridges spiritual insight with modern science and practical leadership development. For more than a decade, he served as a recurring guest lecturer at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where he applied his performance and communication expertise to leadership presence and executive communication. He is also a guest faculty member and alumnus of the Modern Elder Academy, contributing to the evolving field of conscious leadership and midlife development.
Ken has coached leaders across industries including high tech, banking, education, healthcare, and nonprofit sectors, and his workshops have been delivered to organizations and groups such as Capital International, Singapore’s GovTech division, Alfa (Mexico), Young Presidents Organization, and Out & Equal. He also served for nine years on the Board of Directors of Unity World Headquarters.
Ken’s book, Unapologetic Manifestation, integrates more than 30 years of disciplined study in New Thought principles, modern neuroscience, psychology, and the leading voices in the field of manifestation into a clear, practical framework for creating the life you want — without pressure, guilt, or magical thinking.
He lives in the San Francisco Bay Area with his husband, JD Schramm, and their three children.

I wholeheartedly recommend Unapologetic Manifestation to anyone ready to unapologetically align with infinite possibilities and live from a new way of being.

Rickie Byars
Ken Daigle is as good as it gets when it comes to articulating the processes of manifestation. Not since Eric Butterworth has an extrapolation so profound risen from the Unity community. Unapologetic Manifestation, already a classic, will assist so many people in aligning with their greater good.
Frequently Asked Questions About Ken Daigle
Ken Daigle is not a theorist of transformation. He is a living case study.
Behind the credentials is a life that has been deeply lived.
The questions below offer a closer look at the experiences and principles that shaped his work.
What makes Ken’s approach to manifestation different?
Ken Daigle moves manifestation beyond “magical thinking” into a disciplined, science-informed, and lived practice. His approach stands apart in six key ways:
Grounded in Modern Science
He integrates neuroscience, psychology, and behavioral science — including the brain’s Reticular Activating System (RAS), neuroplasticity, and heart-brain coherence — to explain how intentional change actually works.
Action Over Passive Wishing
Ken rejects visualization-only models, teaching that real transformation requires inspired action, grit, and perseverance.
A Structured, Spiraling Framework
His five-step method — Focus, Shift, Act, Share, Open — is a flexible, non-linear practice that deepens over time and thrives on connection and accountability.
Lived, Not Theorized Credibility
Ken’s teachings are forged through decades of real-world application, resilience, and conscious rebuilding.
A Holistic View of Abundance
Abundance is a birthright, not a reward — encompassing health, relationships, meaningful work, creativity, and time for life, not just money.
Radical Responsibility
While not to blame for every hardship, we are 100% responsible for how we respond and adapt — the true “point of power” for change.
Has Ken formally studied the field of manifestation and conscious creation?
Yes. Ken’s work is the result of more than 30 years of disciplined study, lived practice, and professional collaboration.
Over three decades, he has studied with and learned alongside some of the most respected voices in the field of manifestation and New Thought, including Marianne Williamson, Byron Katie, Eric Butterworth, Paul Hasselbeck, Lynne Twist, and Edwene Gaines. These were not merely influences he read about — they were mentors, colleagues, and collaborators whose work Ken engaged with directly as he developed his own approach.
Across decades of teaching, ministry, coaching, and leadership, Ken continually tested, applied, and refined these principles in real-world settings. The result is the grounded, practical framework presented in Unapologetic Manifestation — a system built not on theory or trends, but on experience, evidence, and sustained transformation.
Has Ken personally lived the principles he teaches?
Yes.
Ken is not a theorist of transformation. He is a living case study.
His life has unfolded through a remarkable series of challenge and renewal — from a life-altering health crisis during the AIDS epidemic in 1980s New York City, to the fulfillment of his dream as a Broadway performer, to the devastating loss of his husband, followed by a season of collapse marked by addiction and personal bankruptcy. From there, his path led into spiritual leadership, service as Senior Minister of Unity San Francisco, years of teaching future global leaders as a Stanford lecturer, and ultimately into a deeply rooted life as a husband and father of three.
At every stage, Ken was forced to confront the same essential question he now helps others answer:
How do we consciously rebuild when life breaks us open?
Those lived experiences became the foundation of his life’s work.
Why does Ken emphasize personal responsibility and conscious creation?
Because he has lived its opposite.
Through illness, grief, addiction, financial collapse, and rebuilding, Ken discovered that we are always participating in the creation of our lives — either unconsciously through fear and habit, or consciously through intention and aligned action. His work exists to help people choose the second path.
Is Ken’s work spiritual, scientific, or psychological?
Ken’s teaching weaves together spiritual wisdom, modern neuroscience, and psychology into a grounded system for conscious living. Rooted in New Thought spirituality, his work affirms that we are not separate from the divine, but participants in it — that each person carries within them the power to consciously co-create their reality.
At the same time, Ken draws on research around neuroplasticity, the brain’s Reticular Activating System (RAS), heart coherence, and principles of human behavior — showing how intention, belief, and emotion translate into real physiological and behavioral change.
This is what makes Ken’s work unique. It bridges metaphysics with modern science, spiritual insight with behavioral psychology and behavioral economics, and moves manifestation beyond hope or “magical thinking” into a disciplined practice of conscious creation — aligning thoughts, emotions, and actions with the life one intends to build.
By integrating these domains, Ken helps people understand not only what to change in their lives, but how change actually happens in the brain, nervous system, and emotional body. The result is a practical, embodied approach to manifestation that supports lasting transformation rather than temporary motivation.
What formal education, credentials, and leadership roles does Ken hold
Ken Daigle brings together deep spiritual training, academic engagement, and executive leadership experience.
He attended and completed the Master of Divinity program at Unity Institute® and Seminary and is a formally ordained minister. . He is also a guest faculty member and alumnus of the Modern Elder Academy, an institution dedicated to developing wisdom, purpose, and conscious leadership in midlife and beyond.

Participants don’t just learn about abundance — they experience measurable change in how they think, choose, and live.
Over the years, Absolute Abundance has guided thousands of people through personal breakthroughs in purpose, prosperity, and conscious leadership, making it one of the most impactful prosperity programs within the Unity movement today.
What is Ken’s role within Unity?
Ken Daigle is not only the Senior Minister of Unity San Francisco, one of the most respected and influential Unity communities in the United States — he is widely regarded as one of the most impactful spiritual leaders within the Unity movement today.
Since assuming co-leadership in 2013, Ken has guided Unity San Francisco through periods of transformation, expansion, and renewal, strengthening its reputation as a center for spiritual growth, conscious leadership, and progressive ministry. Under his co-leadership, the community has become a model for how spiritual organizations can remain deeply rooted in principle while evolving to meet the real challenges of modern life.
Ken’s influence extends beyond a single community. He served for nine years on the Board of Directors of Unity World Headquarters, helping shape the direction of the global Unity movement during a pivotal era of growth and modernization.
His founding of Absolute Abundance — now adopted by Unity communities across the U.S. and Canada — stands as one of his most enduring contributions, creating a measurable shift in how prosperity and purpose are taught within the organization.
Ken’s role within Unity reflects the very principles he teaches: vision, integrity, courage, and a commitment to building institutions that support human flourishing.
What are New Thought and Unity? Are they religious or anti-Christian?
New Thought is a broad spiritual philosophy that teaches the relationship between consciousness, belief, and experience — the idea that our inner life shapes our outer reality and that spiritual principles can be applied practically to everyday living.
Unity is a spiritual movement and organization that grew out of the New Thought tradition, founded within the Christian lineage. Unity draws deeply from the teachings of Jesus and approaches the Bible through a metaphysical and interpretive lens, emphasizing inner transformation, compassion, forgiveness, prayer, and the power of faith.
In simple terms:
New Thought is the philosophy. Unity is one living expression of that philosophy.
Both are inclusive and non-dogmatic. People from many religious backgrounds — Christian, Jewish, Buddhist, spiritual-but-not-religious, and secular — engage with these teachings without abandoning their own traditions.
Ken’s work reflects this inclusive foundation. He honors the spiritual traditions that shaped him while welcoming people of all beliefs — or no formal belief — into the work of conscious creation, personal responsibility, and meaningful transformation.
What is the heart of Ken’s message?
At the core of Ken’s work is a simple but radical truth:
abundance is a divine birthright — not a reward to be earned through struggle, suffering, or worthiness.
He teaches that we are meant to live lives of profound wholeness, and that the true aim of manifestation is not to “fix” the world, but to see it rightly — shifting our perception from scarcity to infinite possibility.
Ken’s message is anchored in several key pillars:
Manifestation as a Disciplined Practice
Ken rejects the idea of manifestation as “magical thinking.” He teaches it as a structured, teachable, and practical process that integrates spiritual principles with neuroscience and psychology — moving people from passive wishing into empowered co-creation.
Radical Responsibility
While we are not to blame for everything that happens to us, Ken teaches that we are always responsible for how we respond and adapt. This is the true “point of power.” By identifying and transforming old belief systems (B.S.), individuals change their reality by changing their minds.
The Unapologetic Claim
Ken emphasizes that stepping into one’s limitless potential does not diminish the world — it enriches it. He encourages people to boldly name and claim their good without guilt, apology, or the belief that their success requires someone else to go without.
Holistic Wholeness
Abundance, in Ken’s work, extends far beyond financial success. It includes vibrant health, enriching relationships, meaningful work, creative expression, and the spaciousness of real leisure.
Conscious vs. Unconscious Living
Ken teaches that we are always manifesting. The difference is whether we do so unconsciously — from fear and unexamined beliefs — or consciously, as intentional architects of our lives. The heart of his work is helping people align their intentions, emotions, and actions so they create from clarity rather than habit.
What is Unapologetic Manifestation?
Unapologetic Manifestation is a spiritual and practical guide for moving from scarcity into real abundance. Ken teaches that abundance is not a reward for struggle or “good behavior,” but a divine birthright each person has the power to claim.
The book is built on four core pillars:
A Disciplined Five-Step Framework
Rather than “magical thinking,” Ken offers a structured, non-linear five-step spiraling practice — Focus, Shift, Act, Share, Open — that deepens as awareness grows and turns intention into real-world change.
Science Meets Spirituality
The work bridges New Thought with modern science, drawing on neuroplasticity, the Reticular Activating System (RAS), and heart-brain coherence to show how thoughts, emotions, and actions reshape both the brain and lived experience.
A Holistic Definition of Abundance
Abundance is defined across life — health, relationships, meaningful work, creativity, material well-being, and time for living — not just money.
Radical Responsibility & Authenticity
The book challenges unconscious unworthiness and the “zero-sum” mindset. While we are not to blame for everything that happens, Ken teaches that we are 100% responsible for how we respond and adapt — the true point of power for transformation.
The book is “unapologetic” because it challenges the “unconscious script of unworthiness” that prevents people from claiming their good.
Ken Daigle is an author, teacher, spiritual leader, thought leader, and creator passionate about empowering others to live into their purpose. His book Unapologetic Manifestation makes manifestation an accessible process, delivering a step-by-step guide that readers can use to create lives they actually want, instead of lives they’ve settled for.
