So there’s an idea in all manifestation processes about visualizing the life you want: to go into meditation, to close your eyes, and to see yourself in certain situations, living a certain way, or to see yourself in five years, 10 years, or even just one year down the road, living a truly magnificent life. And that works if you make sure to incorporate your emotional life in it.
It’s not enough to watch this movie in our minds as if we’re some passive observer. We are the main protagonist in that visualization.
So feel what it feels like in your body. Get a whole-body experience of that visualization, of that situation. Feel the joy, feel the excitement, feel the trepidation, feel the love coming through you and to you. And then that’s the energy, the glue that makes the manifestation happen. That’s the key to truly using visualization as a tool of manifestation.
