Gratitude is one of the simplest and most powerful steps you can use to manifest in your life. What gratitude does is shift our consciousness from lack and negativity to positivity and optimism.

A simple practice of listing three things at the end of your day that you’re grateful for allows you to reflect and notice what went well.

It makes you realize, “I have this. I enjoyed this. I had this moment.” It sets your mind into a different state as you go to sleep.

If you’re more advanced, you can practice gratitude in advance—for things that haven’t manifested yet. That gratitude reprograms your whole body, rewires your brain, and creates new neural pathways.
