Is Manifestation the Same as the Law of Attraction?
The Law of Attraction has been around for centuries. It can be traced back at least as far as the Buddha, and likely even earlier. Modern teachings often simplify it by saying: what you think is what you create — that the thoughts you hold in your mind are the ones that manifest in your life.
But there’s more to it than that.
If every passing thought instantly created our reality, what chaos that would be. It is not the fleeting thoughts that shape our lives, but the thoughts we habitually think — the ones that become ingrained in our consciousness, the ones we repeat so often we don’t even realize we’re thinking them anymore. These are the patterns that attract experiences to us, sometimes what we want, and sometimes what we don’t.
This is why the process of manifestation goes deeper.
The five steps of manifestation that I have developed are designed to help you become conscious of those inner patterns and intentionally create the life you truly want.
So join us on this journey.
